Why this programme matters
Municipal funds belong to the people. Mayibuye requires all public representatives to submit to regular public reporting and lifestyle monitoring. By eliminating inflated middleman contracts and reinforcing direct internal municipal capacity, the movement commits to clean audits and consequence management.

Implementation and governance standards
These commitments represent proposed municipal programmes under the Afrika Mayibuye Movement 2026 Local Government Manifesto. All infrastructure expansion, appointments, insourcing, and land releases will be conducted in full compliance with lawful municipal procurement statutes, intergovernmental financial standards, and environmental regulations.
