On 26 September 2026, President Nyiko Floyd Shivambu presented the prepared presidential address at the manifesto launch in Tembisa, Ekurhuleni.
The 57-page address provides the philosophical and practical framework for Mayibuye's contestation in the 2026 Local Government Elections. It insists that municipal councils must not serve as transactional party patronage networks, but as developmental instruments for sovereign African communities.
